Returns

At NEXTCHUK, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and invoices.
  • Certain items such as personal care products, opened electronics, or clearance items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details and reason for return.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof.
  • We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products not due to our error
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during final sale or promotional clearance
